The Rogue Monster Westside Bench is a specialized, heavy-duty, high-performance and versatile bench built to last. Unlike commercial benches, this powerlifter friendly bench comes standard with an extra-wide 14.5" Thompson Fat Pad, double-reinforced 7-gauge steel spine running underneath it for sturdy construction and to deliver maximum back support, front and back uprights featuring 1” height adjustments for lots of adjustability, and keyholes along the sides plus spotter decks, sandwich J-Cups, strap safeties, and pins for attachments and band work.
