Here Kenny is in his last week of the peaking block working up to his opener. We want to leave everything on the platform come meet day so thats why we work up to an opener & then pack it up & call it a day.
Powerlifting focuses on improving performance through technique and progression in three primary lifts: squat, bench and deadlift. In METfit's powerlifting classes participants learn proper form for squatting, benching and deadlifting, along with secondary and accessory exercises to help strengthen each movement and overall strength.
