ABL Fitness Competition at MetFit

Saturday, Nov 7, 2026 · 4–7 PM

We're proud to host ABL Fitness for an afternoon of competition right here at the gym! ABL Fitness is a Wellesley nonprofit that helps kids, teens and adults with disabilities build strength, confidence and independence. They offer adaptive fitness, inclusive powerlifting and Special Olympics training.

Their athletes will compete in farmers carries, push-ups, squats, sit-ups, deadlifts, tire flips, med ball passes, burpees and box jumps. Come cheer them on!

The gym stays open its regular Saturday hours, 6 AM–7 PM.

This is the start of what we hope is a long partnership with ABL. The work they do matters, and we're excited to support it.
