Bob Squats – 515×3

Bob prepping for his meet this October. He is starting to dial everything in & make the heavier weights look easy. Here he is taking 515 for a ride a few times.

Powerlifting focuses on improving performance through technique and progression in three primary lifts: squat, bench and deadlift. In METfit's powerlifting classes participants learn proper form for squatting, benching and deadlifting, along with secondary and accessory exercises to help strengthen each movement and overall strength.
