At METfit we use video to critique form & to aid in finding any weaknesses. You can see here that Kenny stalls out on the second portion of the press. So we now know that we have to strengthen his triceps to help in that second half of the press.

Powerlifting focuses on improving performance through technique and progression in three primary lifts: squat, bench and deadlift. In METfit's powerlifting classes participants learn proper form for squatting, benching and deadlifting, along with secondary and accessory exercises to help strengthen each movement and overall strength.
