METfit's inaugural Youth Elite Conditioning class led by METfit coach Davi Gadelha was a major success today!! Thirteen 10-15 year olds engaging in a variety of sports specific strength training for young athletes focused on improving speed, agility, and HIIT.

Youth Elite Conditioning -- Announcing Hailey Blackburn's Elite Soccer Training camp starting July 12th for 8 weeks, Mon/Wed, 1:00-2:00 pm.
