Nick Hadge is both a fitness coach and an athlete. With over 5 years of coaching experience, he graduated from Springfield college with a degree in Exercise Science. He has experience training all ages and all types of people; from children, to athletes, to adults 70+ years old. Nick specializes in breathing exercises and weight training to correct posture, and likes to teach his clients his methodology along the way. He has been competing in the sport of strongman for the past 10 years and has world-class experience.
