Megan O’Mara

Megan O’Mara is a NASM, CPR certified personal trainer. She is a Nationally Qualified NPC bikini competitor, most recently winning an Overall at the Mel Chancey Holiday Classic. In addition to this, she has been a physical therapy assistant for 4 years. She uses her background in NPC bikini competitions and physical therapy to assist clients with both aesthetic and functional training goals.
