The Rogue Adjustable Monolift attachment is a great squat rack attachment that gives athletes a way to perform heavy-weight squats and other lifts without having to walk the bar out from the rack. The Monolift system is designed for easier height adjustments and quicker transfers from one athlete to the next. Height adjustments can be made in increments as small as 1”.
At METfit we currently have one Rogue Adjustable Monolift attachment but are planning to get several more in the near future.
