Our obstacle training classes focus on building strength and boosting performance gear towards outdoor competitions designed to test mental and physical fortitude such as Tough Mudders and Spartan races. Participants engage in circuit training to improve strength and endurance under stress doing a variety of exercises such as single leg lifts, pull-ups, power cleans, box jumps, burpees, and grip strength exercises. Our training classes are designed to introduce you to structured programing consisting of workouts that constantly vary to keep you motivated while introduce you to the key aspects that will lead to success. You’ll be provided with tools and tips to help you become efficient and stay injury free.
