Our strongmen training classes build total body strength and improving performance through primal movements with odd loads that increase fitness and transfer true strength in real world situations. Participants will build strength and speed through fun, challenging and eclectic forms of exercises such as farmers walks, sled pulls, sled drags, tire flips, yolk walks, log presses, rack pulls and keg or sandbag carries to name a few. In recent years, interest in strongmen training is due to popular competitions of this type including the World's Strongest Man, the Arnold Strongman Classic, the Strongman Champions League and the Giants Live tour.
