Group Training

Group training (like personal training) keeps you accountable and committed to fitness and achieving your goals by working with a personal training coach within a group training setting. Our group training classes are fun, motivational and challenging workouts where you train with friends and other gym members in a more social setting in a variety of strength training and conditioning programs. We offer classes in strength training, strongman training, obstacle course training, metabolic conditioning, youth fitness, and boxing. Class participants need no prior knowledge nor expertise in these strength training and conditioning techniques as group classes are conducted by a coach who will work with the group on proper technique and skill through visual and verbal instruction during the class.
