Our strength training classes will help you get stronger, increase lean muscle mass, increase bone density, reduce body fat and burn calories. Strength training is important for everyone for overall health and fitness. In our classes you will be using barbells, dumbbells, machines and bodyweight exercises to challenge every part of your body to help build overall strength while learning proper form.
